CEE Opportunities
CEE Be on mission through giving
Southern Baptists love to give. And thanks to their generous hearts, there are over 5000 SBC missionaries serving all over the world. And even more are waiting to go—if only the resources were available to send them. So we call on you to help. Maybe you can’t leave home to live in another land, but you can become a partner with someone who CAN go through your financial gifts.
There are many ways to give to the International Mission Board and every dollar given helps to bring another lost soul to Christ and fulfill the Great Commission of reaching the world with the message of Salvation. The Cooperative Program is the set up to receive a portion of the regular offerings all SBC churches that want to participate. This money funds about 35 percent of Southern Baptist Mission Work. Once a year there is a special emphasis on world missions through the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering®. This offering is dedicated completely to the work on the field (none is given to administrative costs), and makes up the majority of the missions budget. Special gifts through wills, special needs gifts, and world hunger gifts are just a few of the other ways that you can be a part of supporting missions in Central and Eastern Europe as well as around the world. To find our more go to the IMB website on giving or contact us and become a part of the missions endeavor without ever leaving home.
