Ask God to continue to call out laborers into His harvest field of Croatia. In this country of 3.5 million people, less than two percent of the population is composed of evangelical Christians.

Please remember the towns of Velika Gorica, Zapresic and southern Zagreb, as Team Croatia desires to see home groups started and churches planted in these areas. Ask God to lead the team to those who are open to the Gospel as well as those who are open to partnering with them in these areas. Pray God will pour out His Spirit in these areas and throughout the country of Croatia so His name and renown will be honored and esteemed.

Remember IMB representatives as they begin a student ministry in Karlovac. They held the first meeting in their home and gave a brief devotional thought. The students stayed until midnight, discussing the Gospel, and many have attended worship services at the local Baptist church since that time. Pray the students will have teachable hearts and a desire to make disciples of themselves among their peers.

Many Croatians would say they are Christians, but have no idea what it really means.  Pray that God will open their hearts to a personal relationship with Christ.  Pray also that each person will take time to read the Bible and search for the truth and knowledge of their need for salvation.
