Fervent Prayer
We cover our region with prayer through praying personally, uniting in prayer with other believers, emphasizing prayer in our missionary training, and communicating with prayer partners, volunteer groups, churches, and others how to effectively pray for our people. Through prayer walks, web sites, newsletters, and prayer coordinators for each team, we focus on asking God to bring in a harvest for His glory. (2 Chron. 7:14)

Intentional Church Planting
We know that we cannot make a CPM happen—that is the work of the Holy Spirit. But we must do more than randomly testify and witness. We must INTENTIONALLY plant churches. We must disciple and train local leaders. Our plan is not just to win the world one-by-one, but to see a mighty movement of the Holy Spirit bring multitudes to Christ through His church.

Reaching New Peoples
We want to see churches multiply exponentially not just within one people group but to every people group. We want to reach new peoples—peoples formerly untouched by the gospel. Sometimes even within an evangelized country there are pockets of people who have not heard the gospel in an understandable way. These are our primary targets. (Rev. 7.9)

Spiritual Vitality
We understand that we must have a vital relationship with Christ in order to be effective in our ministries. We maintain this through consistent, personal commitments to time spent in His Word, in prayer, in fellowship with other believers, and in times of worship. (Eph. 4:1-2)

Training
We focus on training our own missionaries for the tasks at hand through mentoring, seminars, and programs aimed at giving practical helps to make them more effective in their fields. We also make it our goal to train and develop new leaders that God raises up from within groups and churches that we start. (2 Tim. 2:15)
